It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Walshin of Metuchen, New Jersey, who passed away on March 22, 2026, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Laura departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Laura. Though Laura may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Walshin; and her son Donald. She is survived by: her granddaughter Donna of St Louis; her nieces and nephews, Martin Cohen, Allan Cohen, Nancy Wright and Janet Sibarium; and her friends, Bonnie Kantor and Linda Readerman.
