With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter Eugene Bethea of Mickleton, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Daniels and Margaret Rebecca Bethea. He is survived by : his sons, Todd, Chad and Adam; his wife Vickie; his sisters, Yvonne, Lynette and Denise; his aunts, Naomi Bethea Davis, Lucille Bethea and Evelyn Bethea; and his uncle Lewis Bethea. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams-Stiefel Funeral Home (203 W Broad St, Paulsboro, NJ 08066). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery (240 N Tuckahoe Rd, Williamstown, NJ 08094).
