She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rapacki and Gertrude Rapacki; and her husband William J. Henryk III. She is survived by: her children, Billy Henryk (Patty), Brian Henryk (Kelly) and Amy Farrell (Edward); and her grandchildren, AJ Henryk, Jessica Puntillo and Christopher Puntillo.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Altar Rosary Society.
