She is also survived by relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middlesex Funeral Home (528 Bound Brook Rd, Middlesex, NJ 08846). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church (600 Harris Ave, Middlesex, NJ 08846).

In lieu of flowers, the Ciliberto family has requested that donations be made in the Frances' name to the Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish Saint Vincent de Paul Society, 600 Harris Avenue.
