He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Kristine Pacewicz (David), Kathy Russo (John) and Thomas Olson (Beatrice); his siblings, Sherry Lush-Burdett (Rick) and Eric Lush (Nancy); his grandchildren, Alexis, David and Kylie Pacewicz; his nephews, Jed Lush and Travis Burdett; and his niece Danielle Brundage. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
