He is survived by: his mother Johanna Cozzati Dâ; his siblings, Mary, Theresa, Karen, Kathleen (Brian) and Paul (Kimberly); and his siblings' children, Jacquelyn, Brian, Amanda, Kevin, Laura, Dana, Jessica, Zach, Gavin, Shannon, Connor, Abigail and Nora.
