She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A Hailes; her son Robert Jr.; and her siblings, Thomas Jr., Edward, Ernest, Calvin, James, Josephine Trotman and Pauline Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Barbara J. Hailes Perilla; her brothers, Donald and John; her son-in-law Galloway Perilla; and her grandchildren, Giancarlo Perilla-Galloway Jr., Jair, Emmanuel Perilla, May V Azzi and Violet Snipes Azzi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
