She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Barbara Mammon) and Sedora; and her husband Thomas Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Dawn (Harold Parra), Barbara-Ann (Glenn Carson), Colleen (Walter Holt), Susan (Ricky Lyster), Tom Higgins (Sharon) and Daniel Higgins (Carey); and her siblings, Barbara Manuri and John Mammon. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren: 20 great grandchildren.
Services for Sedora will be held privately under the direction of Piscataway Funeral Home, and her family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Brandywine Living at Middlebrook Crossing, 2005 US-22, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, in Sedora's name.
