Stephen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Stephen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Stephen will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kozlowsky and Jean Kozlowsky. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Renee Frankowski (James) and Brian Kozlowsky (Katie); his grandchildren, Oliver and Charlie Frankowski; and his brother Timothy Kozlowsky (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home (225 Mountain Ave, Bound Brook, NJ 08805). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church (600 Harris Ave, Middlesex, NJ 08846). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Resurrection Burial Park.
