He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his pet Louie; his daughter Nicole Herbert; his son-in-law David Herbert; his son Jason Albert Colucci; his grandchildren, Matthew, Ashley and Isabella; his siblings, Patricia Reynolds (late Paul Reynolds) and William Colucci; and his nephews, Paul, Brien, William, James and Michael.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home (1735 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
