He is survived by: his wife Susan Fonte DeCongilio; his children, Jennifer Smith (Gary), Kimberly Padron (Ivan) and Alex DeCongilio Jr. (Valerie); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Christopher, Aiden, Avery, Sophia, Ryley, Dylan, Joshua, Emma and Layla; his sister Linda DeCongilio Welch; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Fonte (Lolia) and Samara Masullo (Mario); and his nephews, Paul (Angela), Lino, Bruce Jr. and Anthony.
