She was predeceased by : her parents, Alexander T. Kerr and Ann M. Kerr (McNeil). She is survived by : her husband Robert E; her sons, Daniel R. Scaggs and Kenneth K. Scaggs; and her children-in-law, Rose-Louise Kealey and Shannon Scaggs. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home (115 Tindall Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A Mass was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mary Mother of God Church (19 Cherry Tree Farm Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748).
