He was predeceased by: his wife Carmen; his parents, Georgina and Martin; and his sisters, Carmen and Ada.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Jr., Robert and Linda; and his grandchildren, Leyda, Charles III, Robert, Christopher, Amanda, Nicole, Kelly and Kaitlin. He is also survived by his 6 great grandchildren.
