It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Shaughnessy of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cathryn Gately and James Gately; and her sisters, Mary Rivera and Cathryn Cardinale. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Shaughnessy; her children, Kelli Shaughnessy (Taj Dickinson), Erin Cerqueira (Mario), Matthew Shaughnessy and Julie Kinloch; her grandchildren, Damian, Jordan, Sophia and Logan; and her siblings, Paul Gately, Robert Gately, Nancy Gately and Barbara Wilms. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
