It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cosmo Avvento of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brother Gennaro Avvento; his wife Dorothy Cerviello; his grandson Gennaro (Jerry Jr.); his siblings, Pete, Frank, Joe, Jack, Rose, Nick, Millie, Angelo and Rich; his children, Gennaro (Jerry), Luann, Maryann and Dorothy; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alexis, Louis, Christopher, John, Brielle, Eddie, Mike and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Audrey, Giovanni, Antonia and Cash Cosmo.
