She is survived by: her children, Stacey Goodwin, Valerie Perez and Kristofer Smith; her grandchildren, Skylar, Samantha and Damian; her cousins, Cathy Conforth Mannuci and Kenneth Conforth; her goddaughter Stephanie Mannuci Polnak; and her friends, Frank and Lori Cannon. She is also survived by her loving sister in laws and brother in laws; as well as many nieces and nephews.
