Edward Kress Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Kress (Middletown, New Jersey), who passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denise Kress and John Kress; his brothers, Stephen and John; and his wife Sylvia.
He is survived by: his children, Edward "Darrin" Kress, Darrin, Donna Kress, Kristen Parness and Nicole "Nicky" Dericks; his niece Karie King; his grandchildren, Lauren Ray, Jonathan James Kress, Nicole Lorna Wendy Mannell, Brennan Paul Kress, Norah Christine Dericks, Nolan Christopher Dericks, Warner Noel Parness and Wyatt Alexander Parness; and his great grandchildren, Remi, Amoura, Henry Beckett, Ronnie, Charlotte Elizabeth and Roma. He is also survived by family also includes many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ed's memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Ed and Sylvia spent much of the last year.
