He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Martha Self; and his wife Carolyn Sue Self. He is survived by: his son Frank Jr.; his daughter-in-law Julie; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Ryan and Heidi of Colorado; his daughter Sharon; and his granddaughter Hope. He is also survived by his brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
