He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson Godfrey Sr. and Elizabeth Stover Godfrey. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Christine Godfrey; his daughter Tara Christine Zadeh; his grandsons, Eli Jeffrey Faigle and Miles Zachary Faigle; his daughter Lauren Leigh Polito; his son-in-law John Carl Polito; and his grandchildren, Teddy James Polito, Samuel Henry Polito, Layla Astrid Polito and Axel Bjorn Polito.
