He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Dougher and Dorothy Dougher; and his wife Lynn Dougher. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Colleen), Tom (Camber), Kim (John) and Diane (Walter); and his siblings, Dennis Dougher, Ken Dougher and Trisha Ingleston. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
