With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Andrew Pancurak of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on April 16, 2023 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J Pancurak and Dolores Pancurak (Czarnecki). He is survived by: his children, Caitlin Marie Pancurak of North Middletown and Jeffrey Thomas Pancurak of North Middletown; the mother of his children Christine Gaffey Pancurak; and his sisters, Suzanne Carr (Chuck) of West Greenwich and Kathy M. Elgrim (Ernie) of Fair Haven.
