She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Garo and Vivian Garo. She is survived by: her husband Victor Urgo; her daughter Dina Hinlicky; her son-in-law Mark Hinlicky; her grandchildren, Kista See, Amandalynn Morris, Joshua Mayer and Alex Hinlicky; her great grandchildren, Karen Eagan, Riley Morris and Hunter Morris; her siblings, Anthony Garro and Sandy Stewart; and her pet Bo.
Josephine lived by her favorite expression, "Where there is a will, there is a way!"In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania (CHOP) or the Ronald McDonald House Charity because they helped our family tremendously when Josephine's great-grandson was ill, and they truly live up to Josephine's favorite expression "Where there is a will, there is a way!".
