He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Magnus Johnsen and Alice Bennett Johnsen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Carolyn (Nikki) and Bobby; his grandson Cooper Lawrence Johnsen; and his brother Richard (Judith Ann). He is also survived by niece and four nephews.
