It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Clarke of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Agnes (Smith Cooney); her brother Jack Cooney; her granddaughter Bridget Donohue; and her husband Patrick J. Clarke.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Clarke (Linda) of Holmdel, Thomas Clarke (Jody) of Buffalo, MN and Cindy Donohue (Edward) of Fair Haven; her sisters, Debi Battaglia (Peter) of Tinton Falls and Linda Glen (Ron) of Northampton, PA; her siblings-in-law, Rise Cooney of Gansevoort, NY and Bill Spall of Staten Island, NY; and her grandchildren, Danielle Clarke, Patrick Clarke (Kyla), Julie Kline (Rich), Myles Donohue, Thomas Clarke Jr., Abigael Donohue and Liam Donohue.
