It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Tactikos of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Tactikos and Lena Tactikos; her former husband Sgt. Richard J. Belicose; her brother Peter A. Tactikos; and her granddaughter Alexa Lee Parulis.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph T. Oltmann; her children, Alexis Parulis (Mark Parulis) of Middletown, Jason Oltmann (Rebecca) of Pennsylvania, Joey Lynn Oltmann of North Carolina and Adam Oltmann (Kelly) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Reagan, Gage, Dillon, Spencer, Seara of Cheyenne, MJ, Lexi and Addison; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Jaxson, Calliope and Finley; her sisters, Robin O'Hare (Theodore) and Jodi D'Acunzi (Vincent); and her sister-in-law Donna Tactikos (Peter). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
