He is survived by: his wife Carole Semchessen; his daughters, Kim McCusker (Michael), Donna Semchessen and Nicole Scalice (Vincent); his sister Tonya Pezzutti; and his grandchildren, Sammi, Jess, Rian McCusker, Tiana, Steven Malo, Savana, Drew and Mia-Rose Scalice.
