He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Colterelli Sr. and Virginia Ann Colterelli (Pandolfo); and his siblings, Claude F. Colterelli and Rosalind Colterelli-McBride. He is survived by: his wife Carmela Colterelli (Cenname); his children, Theodore J. Colterelli, III and Johanna Lozewski-Colterelli (David); his grandchildren, Karine Lozewski, Kaitlyn Lozewski and S. Colterelli; his daughter-in-law Lisa Wooten-Colterelli; and his siblings-in-law, Annette Colterelli (Pipolo) and James McBride.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeral Home Chapel (115 Tindall Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mary Mother of God Church (19 Cherry Tree Farm Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748).
