He was predeceased by: his father Theodore J Harmata. He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Harmata (Maletto); his children, Brayden, Calen, Noah, Emilia and Ryder Harmata; his mother Patricia Harmata (Nicolay); his siblings, Amanda Woosley (Harmata), Parker, Thomas and Jacob Anderson; his in-laws, James, Tammy Anderson and Patrick Maletto; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Peyton and Catherine Woosley.
