He was predeceased by: his parent Muriel McColgan; his sisters, Stacy McColgan and Patricia Elliott; and his parents-in-law, Constance Gorra and Albert Gorra.
He is survived by: his friend Elaine Gorra; his wife Elaine McColgan; his sister Muriel McColgan; his children, Thomas (Jennifer McColgan) and Michelle (Anthony Primerano); and his grandchildren, Norah and Dominick. He is also survived by his sisters-in law, brothers-in law, cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Parking for Pete's Sake, a charity that provides assistance toward the significant cost of parking and transportation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and other specialized healthcare facilities.
