He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pierce and Margaret Pierce. He is survived by: his daughter Christen; his son-in-law Peter Tummillo of Brick; his son Tom; his daughter-in-law Susan Pierce of Maine; his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Jim Stewart of Chatanooga, TN; and his grandchildren, Peter, Nathaniel Tummillo, Vinton and Ada Pierce.
