He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Potter Jr. and Marguerite Potter. He is survived by: his wife Marlys Barrett Potter; his children, William Potter IV (Jennifer) and Wendy Potter-Levens (Herb); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Brooke, Ryan, Sean, John and Tyler; and his brother Robert Potter.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in William's name to the Middletown Reformed Church.
