James E. Heffernan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Heffernan of Midland Park, New Jersey, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Heffernan and William Heffernan; and his siblings, Ann Ambry, William Heffernan and Richard Heffernan.

He is survived by: his family NJ; his wife Lorraine; his children, Jenna Koines (Andy), Lorraine Campo (Frank), Elizabeth Fassler (Lee) and James Heffernan (Yasmin); his grandchildren, Andrew Koines, Kimberley Vargo (Andrew), Noah Campo, Jake Fassler (Rachael), Grace Kennedy (Kevin) and William Fassler; his great grandchildren, Sadie Vargo, Wesley Vargo and Maxwell Fassler; and his son NJ. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
