She was predeceased by: her parents, John Penyak and Barbara Penyak (Kauffels) of Milford, NJ.; and her sister Linda Hoff (Penyak). She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Penyak (Suzanne) of Milford, NJ, Diane Penyak, Ruthann Lameira (Carlos) of Bethlehem, PA and Karen Tooma (Nick) of Easton, PA; and her uncle Paul Kauffels. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
