She was predeceased by: her husband John L. McDermott (Jack); and her brother Sylvester J. She is survived by: her children, John McDermott (Priscilla), Margaret McDermott (Meg), Caroline McDermott (Carrie) and Robert (Bob); and her grandchildren, Brian McCafferty, Kathleen Rathbun (Katie), Sean McDermott, Erin McDermott, Claire McCafferty and Kevin McDermott. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
