It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Ann Scheuermann of Millburn, New Jersey, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Verdi and Jean Verdi of Newark, NJ.; her husband Neil Scheuermann; and her siblings, Rose Lee, Anthony and Joseph Verdi.

She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Velocci (Joe) of Stuart, Susan Curry (Jeffery) of Rockaway, NJ and Judith Scheuermann of Millburn, NJ; her grandchildren, Joseph, Anthony (Kelly), Gina and James; and her great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Adrianna and Bianca.

“I It has taken me a while to figure out what to write. I knew Maureen for most of my life, as well as the rest of the family. So many memories but the one I carry with me is her ability to fix any issue with one sentence. "Make a grilled Cheese!" I always think of her when I make it with a smile and from here on when I make it I will make it in her honor. Rest in Peace and may the love and light of the angles surround your family with love and light and may the memories of you never fade.”
