It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James William Basile of Millstone Township, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Basile and Anna Basile. He is survived by: his wife Norma Velez-Basile; his daughters, Roseann Iannaccone (Michael) of Millstone Township, Dawn Daza (Frankie Miller) of Old Bridge, Nancy Basile of Browns Mills and Jaime Lee Basile of Brick; his grandchildren, Josaphine, Brian, Andrew, Alexia, Joseph, Angelina, Jessica, Eric, Gianna, JaeLee and Brett; and his siblings, Frances Duda (Stephen), Joseph Basile (Denise), Robert Basile (Kim) and John Basile (Ana). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to cancer research at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, https://raise.rutgers.edu, or mailed to RUF-CINJ, Post Office Box 193, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
