She was predeceased by : her husband Edward J Costello, Sr.; and her brother Thomas Peyton. She is survived by : her children, Margaret Addone (Ken) and Edward J Costello Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, Anthony (Alissa), Briana, Erin, Olivia, Ryan and Sydney; and her great grandchild Caden.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Lewy Bodie Dementia Association.
