She is survived by: her children, Joseph Formica (Debra) of Newtown Square, PA and Grace Rose Palescandolo (Michael) of Naples, FL.; her grandchildren, Matthew Formica (Ruthann), John-Paul Palescandolo (Sun), Timothy Formica (Vasti), Laura Palescandolo (William), Peter Formica (Mallory) and Andrew Formica (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Wesley, Zack, Sydney, Eleanor, Ashley, Isabella, Caleb, Marius, Nicolette, Abigail, Evelyn, Jacob and Zinnia.
