He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Christine Banks (Damon), Milinda Banks (Bud), Valerie Lisman (Dave), Karl Kaetzel (Sue), Dawn Kaetzel (Carmen), Eric Kaetzel (Dawn Blake) and Sheila Lirio; and his siblings, Peggy Banks (Rick) and Ronnie Banks (Rhiza). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
