He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Vazquez. He is survived by: his caregiver Victoria Vazquez of Millville; his children, Kathy Costin of Glendora, Evelyn Collazo of Bridgeton, Luis Vazquez of Vineland and Benjamin Vazquez Jr. of Vineland; and his siblings, Ovidio Vazquez Sr. (Sarah) of Puerto Rico, Maria Vazquez of Puerto Rico, Juanita Vazquez of Puerto Rico, Yolanda Vazquez of Puerto Rico and Carmen Vazquez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
