It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah M. Jacob of Millville, New Jersey, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mowbray and Laurel Mowbray. She is survived by: her husband Frederick; her sons, Gregory (Corie), Brian (Veleka) and Scott; and her siblings, Susan Schlitzer (Martin) and Edward Mowbray, III. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
