He is survived by: his wife Rose Parent; his children, Julie Wilson, Fred Baxter Jr., Jeanette Pepper (Jeff), Terri Baxter Hansen and Vanna Baxter; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Kent (Colin), Jared Baxter (Crystal), Lewis Pezzella Jr., Christopher McNaughton, Trinity Hansen, Angelina Pepper, Skyler Baxter, Faithlyn Menone, Kevin and Travis Pepper; his great grandchildren, Elijah Baxter and Lucas Baxter; his brother Donald Baxter; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Gressman (Dave) and Lance Parent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
