She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cooke and Bonnie Cooke; her son Guy Clifford Monhollen; and her sisters, Connie Mendoza, Ethel Rader and Jackie Mansfield.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gail Goldsberry (Larry), Randy Ray Monhollen and Gwen Ellen Monhollen; her grandchildren, Samantha Wilson, Alisha Lane, Michael Catino, Abigail Santana, Spencer Monhollen and Heidi Monhollen; her great grandchildren, Halie Walden, Riley Wilson, Rennon DelaMarche, Rory DelaMarche and Amora Santana; and her siblings, Helen Baird and Richard Cooke.
