He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Phillips; his son Thomas "Taz" Phillips; his siblings, Zeb Phillips Jr. (Theresa), Sue Skinner, William Phillips, Mike Phillips, Charlene Phillips (Charles) and Arlene Roedell (late Ron); his mother-in-law Clare Hughes; and his sister-in-law Celestine "Tina" Dyson (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Muggy's memory to the Cumberland County SPCA, 1244 N. Delsea Dr., Vineland, NJ 08360, reflecting his love for his animals.
