It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hoover Garrison of Millville, New Jersey, born in Dividing Creek, New Jersey, who passed away on April 8, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Garrison and Etta Garrison; his wife Ruth R. "Becky" Garrison; and his great grandchild Kollin Keegan. He is survived by : his sons, Donald H., Ricky F. and Brian J. Garrison. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barr Funeral Home (2104 E Main St, Millville, NJ 08332). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (601 W Main St, Millville, NJ 08332).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church, 27 N. Pearl Street, Millville, NJ 08332.
