Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Isabelle Adelaide Locker (Millville, New Jersey), who passed away at the age of 95, on October 19, 2023. She was predeceased by: her sons, Paul C Simpkins, Jr. and Robert R. Simpkins (George P. Locker, Jr); her parents, Harry Pennington and Isabelle Pennington; and her siblings, Eleanor Gale, Herb, Frank and Junior.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Simpkins Rhubart (Jerry) and Wayne Simpkins; and her siblings, Carol Hooven of Millville, NJ, Rose Coulton (Richard) of Brooksville, FL and Jack Pennington (Sandy) of Vineland, NJ.. She is also survived by ses many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and nieces and nephews.
