He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Davis Harris and Charles F. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hines Harris; his sons, Chad Palmer (Sandra) of Vienna, VA, Eric Palmer of Marlton and Richard Palmer (Maria) of West Deptford; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jonathan, Phillip and Valerie Palmer; and his siblings, Nancy Brandon of Lancaster, VA, Jane Jernoske of Hopewell and John Harris of Pennsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
