He was predeceased by: his father John A. Testa. He is survived by: his mother Emma F. Hemingway Testa; his wife Kimberly Testa; his children, John Testa, Jr. (John John), Mya Testa and Deanna Testa; his grandchildren, Gabriel and Lilliann Kubiak; and his siblings, Charles Testa (Candace), Louis Testa (Donna), James "Jimmy" Cash, Aivel Avilez and Jennely Aquino. He is also survived by children; and many nieces, nephews.
