He was predeceased by: his father John W. Thomas III. He is survived by: his girlfriend Staci Lillia; his children, Katrina M. Cotto, Jessica M. Hannah (Blake), John A. Thomas and Mya J. Thomas; his former spouse Tracy; his siblings, Julia Jones (Richard), Kim McCoy (Keith), Chouncee Foxx, Ryan J. Thomas (LaQuisha) and TaMarc J. Thomas (Tabitha); Margretta Harris. He is also survived by three grandchildren; 15 nieces and nephews; and one great-nephew.
