He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pelechaty and Alverta Pelechaty; and his brother Paul Pelechaty. He is survived by: his wife Alice Pelechaty; his sons, Nicholas Pelechaty (Rachel Galego) and John Pelechaty Jr. (Joy); his grandchildren, Gianna, Gabby, Logan and Dalton; and his sister Connie McFadden.
